In nature this happens when bees collect nectar from many varieties of flowers and in many parts of the world where the temperature varies seasonally, people enjoy and recognize Creamed Honey as something they have known and loved in their family or culture. We adore Creamed Honey, and found many of the ones we could purchase in the U.S. were made with "heated Honey". Our Creamed Honey is Raw! We choose high quality special variety honeys that lend themselves to a smooth crystal, so when you eat it, it literally melts in your mouth. Each of our Creamed Honeys and Spreads are made in small batches, and hand crafted.
